What are BCAA Tablets?
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) contain a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. They are considered to be essential amino acids as they cannot be synthesised in the body and must be consumed from dietary sources.
Why use BCAA Tablets?
Amino acids are even more important during exercise as it can be difficult to maintain the desired amounts from food alone. BCAA tablets are an effective way of making sure you reach optimum levels of branch chain amino acids in a quick and easy way. You can increase the effectiveness of BCAAs by consuming 10mg of Vitamin B6 with every 10g of BCAA.
